Neil Rhule - Managing Director

Think Web was founded by Neil Rhule. He is currently the Managing Director of the company and brings to the business 7 years of business and technical experience in web and multimedia technologies. He has been recognized for his innovative work in internet streaming, data casting, and distance education and is the winner of the Ministry of Technology’s Award for Innovation in 2005. Neil Rhule is a founding Partner of Aura Technologies, a leading Jamaican New Media and Internet company. Prior to founding Think Web! He served for 7 years as Director of Operations responsible for the management and implementation of Aura Technologies projects and innovations. Neil Rhule is also currently a member of the Jamaican Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and presently serves as its Director of Technology. He is also a member of Microsoft Community Staff in Jamaica.

Corine LaFont – Lead Consultant/Project Manager

Corine LaFont is a Trinidadian who lives with her family in Jamaica for the past 12 years. She holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Development and a first degree in Sociology and is a certified Business Resiliency Specialist with the Business Resilience Certification Consortium International (www.brcci.org). Corine is a trained Project Manager having been trained by the PMI Doctor Bird Chapter and M.I.N.D. She has managed a number of projects and has written proposals which have had the opportunity to be short listed by a number of international funding agencies. She has had the opportunity to work with and for Small Businesses in Jamaica through the Small Businesses Association of Jamaica and successfully coordinated their participation in the JEA/JMA’s Expo 2008 at the National Stadium.

Leonie Rhule - Art Director/Creative Consultant

Leonie is a young and talented designer with years of experience in Commercial Design and Print. A graduate of the Edna Manley School of the Visual Arts, Leonie brings strong conceptual design capabilities to the website team, ensuring that communication goals are expressed in the most creative and visually stimulating means possible.

Having worked at Hot off The Press and Pan Media (Advertising Agency) she has been exposed to varying aspects of the commercial art world. Her experience as a designer at Pan Media and Hot Off The Press complements the skills already resident within Think Web.

Paul Thompson - Web Content Developer/StoryBoard

Paul Thompson is a Jamaican and a life-long lover of the written word, Paul completed his Bachelors in English at the University of the West Indies. He went on to pursue post-graduate work in Cultural Studies and Tourism Management while working as a Thesis Editor and Academic Research Assistant. During his University tenure, he was also a Playwright and Editor for the Rising Star Magazine, a student publication. This passion for the field led him to join the Advertising Agency, The Marketing Counselors, where, as an Advertising Copywriter, he worked on many advertising campaigns for clients including Grace Kennedy, Jamaica Public Service and the Jamaica Biscuit Company. He founded Peak Writing Services in 2007 as a private Technical Writing consultancy responding to the growing demand for resume, proposal and content writing for websites. He manages a small team of Professional writers, with the guiding philosophy, 'get it write the first time'. Paul is also a certified resume writer, and enjoys giving motivational talks to young people.

Mr Carol Lawton - Technology Consultant

Mr. Lawton is Jamaican and started to fulfil the myriad of problems that face new and old organizations in the global economy. He decided in the earlier stages of this company to focus on the things they do best, which is to hone things to success. Their goal is to provide professional project management services with the application of technologies and information systems to improve communication, usability and efficiency. They maintain close ties to various agencies of the government, international organizations and NGO's.

Jose Anchondo - Mobile Application Developer

Jose Anchondo is an experienced Computer System Engineer with 10 years combined experience as a Windows Application Developer, a Mobile Game Developer, Mobile Application developer and Mobile Application Consultant. Jose has vast experience experience in the application development industry having worked at Gameloft, Mapquest, Telmap and Nazara.

Alex Postushnoy - Programmers Team Lead

Alex Postushnoy is a native of the Ukraine, a country in Eastern Europe. Alex is programmers team leader for a development team of 6 talented programmers. Alex has a Masters Degree in IT from Donbass State Machine BUilding Academy, a leading Ukrainian University. Alex has thorough knowledge of core web development technologies and an excellent manager of the programming team.
